Our Customer Care policy is simple: we treat every customer with respect and fairness. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience with us, please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Privacy & Safety

At Cuckoo Farm Campsite, we take your privacy and safety seriously. We collect only the information we need to provide you with the best service possible, and we store it securely. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent.


When you make a booking with us, we use third-party banking to verify payment, and we may contact you regarding your booking.  If you have any questions about our privacy and safety policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed antisocial, unsafe, or unsuitable for a family site. No refunds will be offered.

Booking Policy

  • At Cuckoo Farm Campsite, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Group bookings of 5 or more units (e.g. tent, motorhome, or accommodation hire) travelling together are only permitted with prior agreement.

  • We are a quite family site our quiet hours must be respected between 10.30 p.m. and 7 a.m.

  • No hen/stag parties permitted.

  • Single-sex bookings of 6 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are only permitted with prior agreement.

  • Check in between 2pm and 8pm. Check out by 11am.

  • Only 1 tent or campervan is allowed per pitch. A separate pitch must be booked for each additional tent/campervan.

  • We are unable to accept caravans.

Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds for cancelation within 4 weeks of arrival date.

  • No refunds for changes to arrival or departure dates within 2 weeks of arrival date.

  • All deposit are non-refundable.

  • Any changes to bookings may be subject to a £10 admin fee. Your admin fee will be waived if the overall cost of your booking increases due to the amendments made.

  • No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures.

General

  • Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.

  • We are a quite family site our quiet hours must be respected between 10.30 p.m. and 7 a.m. Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

  • The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

  • To fish onsite you'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

  • Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times while on site.

Pitches

  • You must follow the directions provided at check in when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

  • Only 1 tent or campervan is allowed per pitch. A separate pitch must be booked each additional tent/campervan.

  • We are unable to accept caravans.

  • A minimum of 6m must be left between tents.


Vehicles

  • Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

  •  The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan, please select the extra.

  • Due to site access, we cannot accept any vehicles over 7m in length.

  •  We are unable to accept caravans.

 

Visitors

  • Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

  •  Visitors are not allowed on site before 11am and must leave site before 9pm.

Dogs

  • Dogs (exception for Guide Dogs and Registered Assistance Dogs) are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.

  • Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

  • Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

  • The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.

  • Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.
